St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans at Grayson Street Eatery

We're hoping for Bailey's Irish Cream macs.

This year, you can make you St. Paddy’s celebrations count by shelling out a little green to attend “Patty O’Shearer’s St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans.” All proceeds from the $25 tickets ($35 at the door) support Teach For America in San Antonio, and guests will get a sneak peek at the new Grayson Street Eatery, with food and green beer (your first two are included in the ticket price), to boot.

Patrick Shearer, a local real estate entrepreneur, organized the event with the Grayson Street Eatery and Bakery Lorraine. “St Patrick’s Day is often overlooked in San Antonio,” he said, “and I’ve taken it upon myself to change that by throwing a party and helping a good cause at the same time.”

The Eatery will be dishing up smoked beef brisket and pulled pork sliders, shrimp agua chile and

beet and watermelon salad, and Bakery Lorraine will provide dessert.

Expect to see foodies, young professionals, TFA alums and active volunteers at this event, which will last from 6 to 11 p.m. on Monday, March 17. Get more info and buy your tickets online, at www.stpats-sa.com.
