Starfucker

After selling-out their first time at the Paper Tiger last year, Starfucker (stylized as STRFKR) will play the club again Saturday, November 5.

Besides a brilliant name that would make Wal-Mart ban their CDs, Starfucker's music overshadows anything questionable. Their colorful wall of synths and oil-slick beats, paired with singer/founder Joshua Hodges' reverb heavy vocals, won't just make you want to dance: they'll force you.

After ending their last show with a cover of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," we can only hope that Starfucker will again transform Paper Tiger into an 80s discotheque.

With Gigamesh, Psychic Twin. Tickets go on sale at 10am this Friday and can be purchased here
