Police Stun City Council Member In Prairie View, Where Sandra Bland Died
Prairie View
If police in Prairie View, Texas don't think you're following instructions, expect them to use a stun gun on you — even if your on your knees with your back to the officers.

That's what happened to Prairie View City Council member Jonathan Miller last week when he approached police who were questioning four men he knew in front of his house.

If this city rings a bell to you, that might be because of Sandra Bland, who was pulled over in Prairie View earlier this year for a minor traffic violation and booked into jail where she died by suicide.

According to NBC News, a female officer heard explaining why force was used on Miller in a YouTube video was also involved in Bland's arrest.

Miller was arrested and booked into jail on charges of interfering and resisting arrest.
