What Are You Doing Tonight?, an original theatrical production by the RESET collective, explores the art, emotion, and fallout of hooking up, Thursday-Saturday, September 22-24, at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center. Take the kids along on your jaunt to Artpace's Chalk It Up!, held on downtown streets from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, September 24. More than 50 local artists such as Mark Hogansen and Cruz Ortiz will create large murals along Houston Street, between Soledad and South Presa. There will also be an interactive area for the young'uns and take-home surprises. More than 3,000 people turned out last year despite heavy morning rain. The UTSA Concert Choir and four members of the San Antonio Symphony take a step away from the Western classical repertoire for Music at the Museum VI at the San Antonio Museum of Art Monday, September 26. A wine reception at 5:30 p.m. precedes a 6:45 p.m. "world music" concert performed against the backdrop of the fascinating exhibit Resonance from the Past: African Sculpture from the New Orleans Museum of Art `see "Chalk for moonlight," July 28-August 3, 2005`.
