"Ask Somebody" sneak preview outtakes!

What's "Ask Somebody?"

It's a new regular video series of people from around the community answering reader questions! We conceived the idea, initially, as a video advice column, but then decided to open it up to any kind of queries —  what's your favorite dinosaur, how do I open a can without a can opener, who wrote the book of love, etc. We're a burg full of knowers and knowledge-seekers, and don't let anybody tell you different.

Tomorrow we launch our first episode of "Ask Somebody," starring artist/activist/high school teacher/Dignowity Pushcart Derby originator Cruz Ortiz.

The following week, Nina Hassele, the new interim executive director at San Anto Cultural Arts, will be the Somebody.

Do you have a question you'd like to "Ask Somebody?" Would you like to be the Somebody who answers? Well, write me at [email protected].

We wanna get as many diverse Somebodys as humanly possible. And as many motley questions as we can get. Keep in mind, if you volunteer as a Somebody, you may get a question that has nothing at all to do with your person, field, or interests. But you've got some leeway in answering. You can be absurd or direct, serious or,  you know, in lucha libre costume or whatever. You can use swear words. Just answer the question (we'll give you the question a few minutes ahead of time so you can mull it over and come up with an answer).

You can even submit a question as a comment, below!
