Devin Brown, a former San Antonio Spurs and University of Texas at San Antonio basketball player, was arrested late Sunday night after police suspected he was driving while intoxicated, according to KSAT.

Brown, 39, was arrested off Loop 1604 West while driving a Chevy Trailblazer.

Records from the Bexar County Sheriff's Office show that Brown was previously arrested in 2013 on an "obstruction of highway" charge.

He briefly played with the Spurs in 2002 and again from 2003 to 2005. Brown, who was raised in San Antonio, first got attention while playing for UTSA, where he was a star player for four years. Currently, Brown is the only former Roadrunner to play for the Spurs and was the first student athlete to have his number retired by UTSA.
