Six Flags Fiesta Texas made history earlier this year with the first-ever Wonder Woman roller coaster, but the park has no intention of slowing down – literally.
On Thursday, Fiesta Texas released a mock-up of a pendulum ride that is set to be the park's fastest-ever ride. The Joker Wild Card will be one of the world's tallest pendulum rides and will swing at up to 75 miles per hour. The ride will go higher with each counter-clockwise swing and will reach up to 172 feet in the air.
Inspired by DC villain The Joker, the ride will seat 40 park goers at a time and is set to open in summer 2019.
