As a founding member of two influential and related bands, Joy Division and New Order, Peter Hook's work in music is nothing short of legendary. For his upcoming "Substance Tour," Hook and his new band The Light are set to perform the Joy Division and New Order material that he co-wrote.

Peter Hook was the lead bassist for post-punk pioneers Joy Division, and after the death of singer Ian Curtis, the remaining members went on to reinvent themselves as New Order. The new band — along with a different synth-driven sound — became one of the '80s most definitive groups with songs such as "Blue Monday," "Age of Consent" and "Bizarre Love Triangle" to name a few.

The show starts at 7pm on September 26 and tickets are $22 and can be purchased here
