Hours: Fri. 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Sat. 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

When in season, this outdoor dance hall is one that takes us back— back to when there was no air conditioning. Before central air was introduced to towns, city folk would escape to the Texas Hill country for cooler weather and spots like Crider’s Rodeo & Dancehall to kick back or kick up their heels. The place is open Memorial Day through Labor day for weekends with rodeos and live bands Saturday nights.
