NLC will screen Tender Mercies as part of their Small Texas Towns film festival. This story of a down-and-out country singer with a dark past stars Robert Duvall and Tess Harper. Lauded for its masterful screenplay, Tender Mercies is often taught in college level film courses. Also critically acclaimed for its direction and acting performances, Tender Mercies is a must see for any Texan.
